30-DAY MANUFACTURING DEFECT REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
We provide a 30-Day Manufacturing Defect Replacement Guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers major manufacturing defects affecting the structure or functionality of the product under normal residential use.
REPORTING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or with visible structural issues, please contact us within:
• 48 hours for visible delivery damage
• 30 days for manufacturing defects

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?
Eligible cases may include:
• Cracked or broken structural panels
• Peeling laminate or finish upon arrival
• Warped boards affecting stability
• Broken legs or unstable structure
• Missing or incorrect hardware
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Due to the nature of wood and engineered materials, the following are not eligible for refund or replacement:
• Minor surface marks, tiny dots, or pinholes
• Small dents or light scratches
• Slight colour tone differences
• Natural wood grain patterns and texture variations
• Minor paint touch-ups
• Small cosmetic imperfections not visible from 1 meter distance
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused after delivery
• Improper handling, misuse, overloading, or incorrect assembly
• Damage caused by children climbing, jumping, or impact
• Water, moisture, or heat damage
OUR RESOLUTION PROCESS
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
• A replacement of the same item will be arranged at no additional cost,
OR
• If the same item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Where applicable, we will coordinate courier collection of the defective item. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Any visible major damage must be reported within 48 hours to qualify for assessment.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed due to third-party payment gateway processing. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
We do not support order changes or product switches after payment due to third-party payment gateway processing. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different colour or items of the same price, subject to availability.
